Amelia's Story

"I first came to Fusion in 2004 for auditions to win a scholarship to the new performing arts school.  Although I didn't win, the whole experience made me sure that Fusion Academy was the place for me, having tried other performing art schools in the past.  The difference was the friendly atmosphere which immediately made you feel part of the Fusion family.  The teaching staff have always made me feel comfortable and everyone is very supportive of one another so there is never any need to be embarassed during classes. 

The Fusion shows are always great fun to take part in as the whole school work together to create brilliant shows including; "Chicago", "Fame" and "The Wiz" as well as the Christmas shows which showcase what we have been working on that term.  The shows are hard work and everybody has a professional attitude to them so that it enables students to understand the skills and patience needed to succeed in the competitive world of performing arts. 

Fusion Academy is a great environment to develop and nurture a love of performing and I am very sad to have left.  I am really looking forward to continuing my training at RADA which would not have been possible without the tools I acquired at Fusion through their support and teaching."
