KINGSTON’S KIDS HAVE GOT TALENT

Fusion Academy of Performing Arts host talent search at The Bentall Centre

If your child is aged between 8 and 18 and can sing like a bird, dance like Justin Timberlake, or give Daniel Radcliffe a run for his money in the acting stakes. Then make sure they come along to The Bentall Centre on Saturday 31st May, where Fusion Academy of Performing Arts will be searching for the best talent in dance, drama and singing!

From 9am Fusion Academy will be offering youngsters between the ages of 8 and 18 the chance to show off their talents and be in with a chance of winning 5 free sessions at the academy in Surbiton when the new term starts in September. The smaller children haven’t been forgotten, there will fun and games and dance lessons for them and throughout the day Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallowsperformances by Fusion students from musicals such as Hairspray and Oliver.

The event will also launch Fusions summer fundraising campaign in aid of the NSPCC and visitors to the Centre will also be given the chance to enter into a prize draw to win a copy of
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows signed by none
other than J. K.Rowling! For a minimum donation of just £2.50
your name will be entered in the draw, with the winner chosen
at Fusions end of term production in September.

Fusions Creative Director Ben Douglas told us, ‘this is a wonderful opportunity for Kingston’s youngsters to have some fun and help children and young people less fortunate than themselves too. The NSPCC relies on donations to run services such as Childline and just £35 could cover one month's Freephone call costs for one counsellor. For the price of taking a family of 4 to the cinema, your donation can help to ensure someone is there for these children, and that they will get the quality help the service provides’.

Fusion has teamed up with French childrenswear store Du Pareil au même located on the ground floor of The Bentall Centre, where you will also be able to enter into the draw by making your donation at the store from Saturday until the 30th August.
